Joe L. Vickers
Joe is the Chief Executive Officer of Unified Electrics, and he has over 30 years of electric utility experience in transmission, distribution, metering, substation and engineering. He has successfully led the investment and acquisition of companies that provide maintenance and testing services to the power and telecommunications industries. As the CEO of Unified Electrics, he has successfully built a strong team of extremely skilled employees with certifications in 10 and 30 Hour Construction Training, Red Cross First Aid, MSHA Certified.He has a B Sc in Technology management and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
William has over 20 years of deep industry expertise managing several large-scale power line construction projects. His decades of experience in electrical work, including, substation, distribution, transmission and underground services brings to the board a wide range of perspective. He is a Live Line trained professional capable of managing up to 765,000 kV. A pilot trained to fly helicopters supporting construction projects, William has also led several teams and projects in the successful completion of operations and scheduling of crews and equipment to ensure timely completion.
Bunmi is an independent director representing Phoscorp’s investment in Unified Electrics. He has over 12 years experience in the oil & gas/energy industry working with a foremost oil & gas/energy outfit in Africa largely in business development and supply chain roles. He holds a BSc from the University of Ibadan and an MBA in oil & gas management from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law & Policy – University of Dundee, UK. He is a member of International Association of Energy Economics (IAEE) and various city Oil Clubs.
Kolade was appointed an independent director in Unified Electrics in 2014. He is the co-founder of Noemdek a strategic advisory and venture capital firm. Over the last ten years, he has been an entrepreneur, advisor and investor working in different roles within the financial services industry and advising large corporations across different industries. He is currently driving Noemdek’s investment efforts in the power sector including the recent investment in Unified Electrics.
Kolade holds an MBA in general management from Harvard Business School.
